Product and UX folks both want to build great products that solve problems for their customers. But the ways we talk about product experience often get in our way. “Just make the button bigger”, “but that’s not material design” – whether that sounds reasonable or infuriating may well depend on your job title. I’ll talk about some of the common PM to UX conversational traps, why they happen, and share some effective “try saying this instead” approaches.
